Packages are usually shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order.

For orders less than or equal to 3 meters in length, shipping is usually done by Transportes Seur.

Shipments longer than 3 meters have special delivery terms. Usually, if the curtain bars are cut and with pieces of splice. If, on the contrary, you prefer a room in this type of length, communicate it, to be able to inform you, if in your locality is possible the delivery and the price of this service.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the products. For this we only ask you to notify us by any means we have.

To comply with the return period, the communication regarding the return of the purchase must be sent before the deadline. Any return must be authorized in advance by Decorer.

In the event that the return is due to causes imputable to red bars (product defective or not coincident with the reference purchased) red bars will be responsible for collecting the products and / or changing them for the correct one taking care of the costs associated with this return and /or change.

In the event that the return is for causes not attributable to red bars or as a result of a change of opinion or error on the part of the customer when making the purchase must be the customer who is responsible for returning or deliver us directly products in perfect condition without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than within 14 calendar days after receipt of the products, Decorer will reimburse the customer for the payment received, except shipping. In addition, the customer must assume the direct cost of returning the products. (The return shipping cost is 6.95 Euros, if we do it by our means.) In cases of dismissal, change of opinion or error in the order will not be returned when the products have been prepared, cut or made with specifications unique to that customer.

Decorer will proceed to make the reimbursement upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise and will do so using the same payment method used by the customer.
